Ft. Myers Mold Attacks a Wall

The utility sink in this room sprung a leak and eventually led to a pretty large mold infestation. A demolition was needed to remove the unwholesome and non-salvageable drywall panels. After the area had been cleaned up, using HEPA filtration system vacuums and an air scrubber, we were ready for the rebuild of this previously mold infested wall. We primed the fir strippings with an antifungal and mildew paint and then returned the following day to lightly spray the entire affected area with an antimicrobial solution and a deodorizer to improve the overall air quality. The customer was very pleased with a nice new, clean, and safe utility area in his home in Ft Myers. And he said it was "Like it never even happened."
